Harry Potter star Emma Watson going to Brown University, an Ivy League School

Brown university is on the news. And why not, Harry Potter star Emma Watson has confirmed that she will be joining the Brown University in Rhodes Island, an Ivy League colleges. Oh well, welcome to Brown University Miss Watson. I an interview, Emma Watson confirms she will be joining the Ivy league school, Brown University.

“I am [going to university in the Fall] – to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the U.S.A. I’ve got a place there to read literature.”

Speculations had grown that the actress would join Ivy League since she went on a tour of schools under the establishment in October last year.

Earlier rumors were also saying that Watson would join Yale or Cambridge. She was linked to Columbia University too, by the U.K. publication The Daily Mail. Danielle Radcliffe had apparently a few days earlier revealed that she was joining Brown University.

He told The Guardian in a July 4 article: Me and Rupert [Grint] to all intents and purposes dropped out of school. And she’s going to Brown.
