Redstone Federal Credit Union (RFCU) branches are overloaded with calls from their customers. Many of them are trying to get answers about why they’re not able to get through to do their banking.
Redstone Federal Credit Union said that they upgraded all their systems this weekend for things like online banking, automated phone banking, ATMs and even the systems that the tellers use. Redstone Federal representatives say that their call volume and in-branch activity is unusually high because customers are unfamiliar with how to use the new systems.
RFCU Managers say that their clients’ accounts are secure and their money is intact. They’re asking their customers to be patient. They took several steps to notify members in advance about the changes, but the changes are still catching some people off guard. They have brought in extra personnel to help handle questions from customers and they hope the call volume will be back to normal by tomorrow.

RFCU was chartered by the Government of United States on November 28, 1951. It was started with eleven member and assets of 55 dollars only. Its first office was on Redstone Arsenal and the initial fund took its place in shoebox. As of today, RFCU has its member around the world a person ownership in union is the membership fee of $5.
The various products offered by RFCU include checking accounts, saving accounts, business services for the sole proprietorship etc. the union also has its online banking and telephone banking for 24 hours and the services include CUAlerts, bill pay, eStatements.
