Puerto Rico explosion, the missing Spirit Airlines Flight 837? There was a huge explosion near San Juan, Puerto Rico tonight is believed to be the missing Spirit Airlines Flight 837 that left Fort Lauderdale, Florida on it’s way to Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan.

The airplane was reportedly an Airbus A319 that left Ft. Lauderdale 34 minutes late. Authorities aren’t giving any details except to say that emergency crews are currently responding to a large explosion outside the island city.

local news feed denies that this has been a plane crash. fire must be contained before it is possible to confirm what caused it. the dense black smoke cloud makes it impossible to see what is the culprit of this accident. evacuation of all people within the area has started.
