Facebookagent, private Facebook profiles viewing tool or a dangerous malware?

Facebookagent is making a name as many concerned online addicts and bloggers are buzzing around the so called tool. Facebookagent, is a tool as it claims that supposedly allows users to view private Facebook profiles after a simple download.

When you visit the Facebookagent site, it looks a bit suspicious. Several links on the site including “Learn about Facebook Agent” and “Try the latest BETA version” all lead to the same download page which automatically begins installing the Facebookagent software to your computer. Facebook Agent claims to offer a “fast start-up,” “fast using” and a “special bonus.” Tsk…tsk..tsk…worth avoiding? I say YES!

The site’s about page is also unprofessionally done with a misspelled HTML title tag of “Privacy Poolicy Statement” which makes it less trust worthy. Genuine and legit sites don’t make sites that have misspelled words or titles. Here’s what the Facebookagent “Privacy Poolicy” states:

All actions taken through and in this application are on full responsibility of the user. Facebook Agent is in no condition responsible of any harm, damage or violations done while using this application.

Some blogs have already reviewed whether or not Facebookagent is truly malware, and one that says yes even provides screenshots of what happens to your computer after downloading - unwanted popups and strange computer activity.

Well, at the end it’s all up to you if you are going to use the site or the tool itself. But just a friendly warning, stay away from Facebookagent tool.
