Danvers High School prohibits Road Runner Expression, Meep! Meep!

Are you a fan of Road Runner? Then you are aware of the famous “Meep! Meep!” sound from the popular cartoon. But what does “Meep” mean? Is there a definition for “Meep”?

You often hear “Meep! Meep!” from the cartoon Road Runner to Wile E Coyote and “Beaker” to other Muppets. But while cartoons can say Meep Meep on television, students are now being banned from saying Meep in their school. The situation has gotten so wild that police are now even involved.

The craziness is happening at Danvers High School where Principal Thomas Murray has had enough. He sent out a mass email telling students they will be suspended if they use the popular cartoon programming expression:

“Please be advised that any student who has the letters ‘meep’ on their clothing or uses the words verbally will face suspension from school.”

Rude! Well that’s not enough, Murray adds the following: “The police are monitoring this situation as well.” Reporters are chasing Road Runner for a comment but can’t be found!

Road runner hiding? Well…Meep! Meep! …Oooops..!
