Beast of Kandahar, a stealth unmanned aircraft
Beast of Kandahar! Beast of Kandahar is the object seen in Afghan Skies which is a version of legendary B-2 bomber according to U.S. Air Force Officers. Technically the Beast of Kandahar is ‘RQ-170 Sentinel’. The drone is designed to have the capabilities of B-2 bomber meaning that it could not be spotted by radars. USAF officers told that the Beast of Kandahar has been deployed to provide the ground forces in Afghanistan a clear pictures of the territory and to spot enemy activity.
RQ before the name of the drone indicates that the air craft would not have the shooting capabilities, it would only provide surveillance. The official statement came as the mystery flying object was photographed and the pictures appeared in a French magazine.
The initial blurred pictures that appeared on the internet showed it like a smaller B-2 bomber. The pictures of the B-2 bomber and the Beast of Kandahar appear below. The basic feature of the Beast of Kandahar is its ability to deceive radars on the ground. RQ-170 ’s design and development was undertook by Lockheed Martin in its advanced military aviation laboratory in California. Like B-2 the aircraft has extended bird like wings and no tail. The ground monitoring cameras are fitted on the wings.
Beast of Kandahar’s deployment is a CLEAR INDICATOR of U.S military’s vast horizon of interests in the area. Taleban or Afghan Forces do not have any RADARS, so there is no question of building a billion dollar craft to evade “NON-EXISTENT RADARS”.
Clearly the Beast of Kandahar is either the “BEAST OF IRAN” or the “BEAST OF PAKISTAN” both are neighboring countries to Afghanistan
Both Iran and Pakistan have nuclear capabilities and as Obama took oath his first task was to deal with the nuclear Pakistan.
Whatever be the reason, the deployment has been undertook to achieve long term objectives not just limited to Afghanistan.
